When did Charge become a public company?

Charge Enterprises has been a public company for over a decade.  Operating on a variety of names throughout its history on the OTC, the public entity was officially rebranded Charge Enterprises in January 2021. Charge uplisted to The Nasdaq Stock Market in April 2022.
